Hey guys, just a little FAQ over postage!

Unfortunately I can’t keep track of customs fees for every order I post - therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover any import fees, tax or VAT upon the orders arrival in the country. This will be dealt with by said country's customs office. Many countries don’t charge custom fees until an order is over a certain threshold, so this will not apply to everyone.

As a result customs can cause delays in delivery, so monitor the whereabouts of your package using the tracking number found in your order fulfilment email. 

Tracking has been introduced due to the hold-up in delivery outside of the UK, hence why my shipping prices have gone up!
